The availability of our teas depends on the season, our inventory, and order volume.
Except for single-estate teas, we do not keep all our teas ready for dispatch. We prepare blended teas only when we receive orders for the same. This ensures that the blends you receive are always fresh.
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world.
Shipping rates depend on the net weight or the volumetric weight of the package (whichever is higher).
Generally, for India, it is INR 100 – INR 130 for products that fall under the 1 kg category.
For international, it is USD 15 for products that fall under the 1 kg category.
For retail (online) orders, shipping is FREE for orders above INR 600 for India, and above USD 60 for International.
For Indian clients, you will receive your teas within 3-5 working days. For international clients, the teas are delivered within 15 working days. Please note, depending on your order volume and type of tea/s, we will require 1 to 2 days of processing time.
